Location: The Liden & Denz Language Centre Moscow is located in a central part of the city, a short
walk from the Belorussian Railway Station, terminus for trains from Berlin and Warsaw. The premises of our Moscow school are
on the ground floor in a building that belongs to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Most of the office space there
is used by foreign diplomats and accredited correspondents of the international press. The closest metro station can be reached
by foot in less than five minutes. Cafés, restaurants and shops are within easy reach.
School Size: The Moscow campus has 6 class rooms with a maximum capacity of 45 students.
Class size: The maximum class size is 8 students.
Timing: the peak season is May 31 through the end of August. Please note that the prices change during this season.
Minimum age: 16
Start dates: Those who are beginners can start on the following dates only: Jan 12, Feb 9, Mar 8, Apr 5, May 3, May
31, Jun 14, July 12, 26, Aug 9, 23, Sep 6, 20, Oct 4, Nov 1, 29. Those who are no longer beginners can start on the following
dates: Jan 12, 26, Feb 9, 23, Mar 8, 22, April 5, 19, May 3, 17, 31, Jun 14, 28, Jul 12, 26, Aug 9, 23, Sep 6, 20, Oct 4,
18, Nov 1, 15, 29.
Holidays: Jan 1, 2, 7, Feb 23, Mar 8, May 1, 2, 9, Jun 12, Nov 7, Dec 12. Holidays do not affect the teaching schedule
so classes will still take place during these days.
Duration: Each course starts on a Monday and ends on a Friday 9AM till 1 PM or from 10 AM till 2 PM. The minimum course
length is two weeks.
Books: Their own course book Poehali, which has been tested and used in the school for over three years. During
this period feedback from teachers and students has been analysed and many changes have been made. Poehali is a joint project
of Liden & Denz and Zlatoust, a leading publishers in the field of Russian as a Foreign Language.
School Features: The school premises feature state of the art technology (including wireless internet), and will soon
be equipped with a library.
College Credit: Check with your university to see if academic credit can be granted for studying at Liden & Denz.

Excursions/Activities: To give our students the opportunity to acquaint themselves with this magnificent city, the
school organises several excursions and visits per week. in-house booking desk also handles individual requests for theatre
tickets, organises weekend trips to other cities like Novgorod or St. Petersburg, and procures flight and railway tickets
for onward travel.
Additional programs: If you are interested in studying in a Russian University, Liden & Denz offers students the
opportunity to participate in the TRKI program that helps prepare students for the exam which determines whether or not a
