Location:
The school is located about 15 minutes by underground metro from the center of Cairo.
School Size: There are 5 classrooms. The maximum capacity of the school is 75 students.
Class size: Classes are held in one-on-one private format and begin on any Saturday
of the year unless it falls on a holiday. Those who opt to take the group course will expect to be in a class size of no more
than 15 students. However, the average number of students in the group classes tends
to be about 6 per class.
Timing: Peak
season is summer so make sure to register early if you intend to study during this time.

Start dates: Students who wish to take
private classes can begin on any Saturday of the year unless it falls on a holiday. Group classes, which will begin on Saturday
and end on Tuesday, have specific start dates. Please review them on our prices page.

Duration: Private classes run in weekly increments and can include
4, 5, or 6 classes per day from Saturday through Wednesday. Group classes run in 3 week increments with 4 lessons
per day beginning on Saturday through Tuesday. Each lesson is 45 minutes with a total of 48 lessons within the 3 week
period. A regular school week begins on Saturday and ends on Tuesday, with Wednesday through Friday being the weekend.
Books:
The textbook
used is The Elementary Book of Arabic For Non-Natives parts I, II and III. It is a modern book based on the audio-visual method.
This means, Arabic is the only language spoken. The book pays attention especially to those difficulties which are common
for non-Arabs. In addition to the book, there are 15 tapes and The Teachers Book. In class, other teaching materials will
be used as well. Students must be prepared to pay 25 Euros for the textbook.
Content: Our
language school in Cairo is one of the pioneer Foreign Language Centers to apply the Communicative Start-Up Method in
teaching Arabic as a foreign language. The school incorporates the use of the most up to date technological methods of teaching.
The focus is to practice Arabic in conversation and to analyze all its components regarding grammar, syntax, phonetics and
vocabulary. Lessons include various authentic and modern texts, discussions, and role-play. Most important in the teaching/learning
process is the efficient and active participation of the student.
School Features
: The school consists of 2 floors: the first floor has the reception, dining room, and living room
(TV, satellite, video, arabesque Salon).The second floor has 5 classrooms, 2 of the classrooms have balconies. The building
is surrounded by a garden.
College Credit

Academic credit might be available at your university. Contact an advisor at your school to find out if your univeristy will

Additional programs:
The school organizes courses in the Egyptian colloquial dialect. It is the everyday-life dialect and it is common in
mass media, cinema and the theatre. The school uses selected teaching material and modern teaching techniques. Minimum number
of participants: 6 persons.
